Carr Associates LLC DBA Tennessee Server Permits (also known as Serve Safely Tennessee) maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Carr Associates LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

1. Use of Site

Tennessee Server Permits provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Serve Safely Tennessee has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Tennessee Server Permits further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Tennessee Server Permits may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.


9. Compliance with TN Statutes

Tennessee statutes require submittal of passing student scores to the State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), by way of the Regulatory Licensing and Permitting (RLPS) portal, within 20 days of course completion. The student's "RLPS ID" number is required for Tennessee Server Permits to enter this score. Therefore, a valid RLPS ID number is a requirement for course registration by the User. It is the responsibility of the User alone to ensure that he or she has provided a valid RLPS ID when registering on the Site. If a User fails to provide a valid RLPS ID for any reason, it is up to the User to correct the error in writing to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of course completion. Otherwise, the User may be asked to re-take the full course at his or her own expense. Under absolutely no circumstances will scores be entered past the 20 day maximum allowable timeframe.
